Weekend Wanderer | A taste of Britanny with Dany

Dany's Restaurant ダニーズ・レストラン serves authentic french galette in Sapporo. His restaurant has been dishing up delicious galettes since 2013. Originally from Britanny France, he was in Hokkaido only to assist with a business start-up but eventually fell in love with the place and decided to call it home.

Using Hokkaido buckwheat flour for his galettes, Dany also uses locally grown produce scourced from local farms on the outskirts of Sapporo.
