Goods ordered and/or sold are not exchangeable/ returnable unless approved by SANCTUARY NISEKO.

Returns must be in original condition within 7 working days upon approval of SANCTUARY NISEKO. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.

Cancellation is not possible upon order confirmation.

DELIVERY

Changes of Delivery Date By Customer
Customer must notify Sanctuary Niseko minimum seven (7) working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time.

Any claim(s) of short deliver and/or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven (7) days from delivery date.

If the stock is available, shipping duration will be 3 to 4 weeks*

If the stock is not available, shipping duration will be 4 to 6 months*

VARIATION OF FINISHES

Natural variation occurring in wood, stone, leather and natural fibres are not considered defects. SANCTUARY NISEKO does not warrant the colourfastness, and/or the matching of colour, grains or textures of these natural materials.
