Booking is only confirmed once full payment has been made.

Unless the ticket can be sold on, payment is non refundable. Please understand this is because Cat is travelling over specifically for the event.

Tickets

Please remember to present your tickets on the day to ensure entry

Arrival

Please give yourself plenty of time to take off your winter gear and prepare for the class (ie at least 10 minutes prior)

Open to all including adventurous beginners!

Venue – Location

The Orchards Clubhouse is situated just outside Hirafu in the Kabayama area (opposite Lupicia Restaurant)

Shuttle Service from Hirafu

We will provide a scheduled Shuttle Service to and From Hirafu (Outside Seicomart to The Orchards Clubhouse). If you do not request a space we assume that you will be making your own way.

Parking

Parking is available at the venue

Yoga Mats

We have Manduka Mats for rental at ¥200 each. Please state you need mat rental at booking as we have limited supply.

Lockers and Valuables

There is no designated changing area (although there are segregated toilets) at the venue, and no lockers. Therefore we recommend you leave valuables at home and bring only what is necessary

Tips

Try not to eat at least two hours before class. Wear light clothing as you may sweat!
