In Rausu Town, down by the sea, where you can find an obscure looking shack which in fact is a fantastic seafood restaurant called "Jyun no Banya" (The Pure Guardhouse). This restaurant is managed and run by six "beach moms" (who really know their seafood!) lead by Emiko Funaki. Here you can enjoy delicious meals made from fresh daily catches and have them prepared boiled, baked or as it is..direct from the sea.
