Restorative yoga is a practice where your body is supported by yoga props; slow fluid yoga sequencing, walking meditation, guided mindfulness meditation & silence. Suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners, pre & post natal or those recovering from illness or injury. The weekend afternoon will be led by Lisa Pollard Yoga and Meditation Teacher with more than 26 years of practice & teaching experience, in educational, corporate, medical and organizational settings. Her openhearted approach to teaching creates a warm inviting space to discover the joys of these mind-body practices.
