Practice sessions (free!) at Hirafu 188 at the 6F event room every:
- Tuesdays mornings from 09:00 - 12:00
- Thursdays evenings from 18:00 - 21:00
- 09:00 - 09:15 and 18:00 - 18:15 are reserved for "quiet time" and meditation
You will need to bring your own yoga mat and anything else you need.
The space is available to anyone interested in doing a bit of self guided practice - there is no teacher or practice leader, or fixed practice time. You may practice any type of yoga asana (postures) style and start and end anytime you wish. Hopefully, everyone can all draw a bit of motivation from the group practice to keep going through to winter.
Gentle reminder to settle into the room quietly when you arrive with as little disturbance and refrain from having conversations during the practice sessions.
